How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for a Pro or Business plan, you get a full 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start. If you decide not to continue, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of the trial period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
What happens when I downgrade?
When you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account switches to the new plan. Your data is never deleted — surveys and responses beyond your new plan's limits simply become read-only.
Is my data safe? (GDPR)
Yes. Zolvi is fully GDPR-compliant. All data is stored on servers within the European Union. We never sell your data to third parties. You can export or delete all your data at any time. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically for every payment.
